I like the nice evenness of the number ten, and ten minutes is such a short space of time.We all have ten minutes to spare each day and if we do something with that ten minutes to develop the skills we need to live our dream life, to be the best version of ourself, we will glide easily and effortlessly toward any goal we care to set.

Pretty soon those little ten minute habits accumulate to over an hour each week.... and in an average month we can clock up three hundred minutes That's Five Whole Hours !!! 

So by just taking ten minutes a day to SHINE some light on your goals they will very soon become your new Shiny reality.
